More about my journey

Driven by the limitless opportunities offered by data, I hold a Master of Science degree in Data Science and a Master's degree in Applied Economics. My professional journey has been met with valuable experiences, which include working as a data analyst intern at the Bank of France and as a data consultant at Réseau de Transport d'Électricité (RTE).

During my internship at the Bank of France in 2021, my main tasks consisted in cleaning, manipulating, analysing, and visualising data from surveys conducted by the Bank of France. This work has contributed to the implementation of statistical publications, which helped the Gorverner of this institution in decision-making.

In October 2022, I started a role as a data consultant at RTE where I underwent training in Git and in Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). In my dual role as a data analyst and a developer, the main projects I have worked on involve the following key activities. For each project, I started by conducting a thorough analysis of the client's needs in order to identify the optimal solution to implement. For one particular project, I connected to an SFTP server to retrieve relevant data, followed by cleaning, manipulation, and analysis of the data. The processed data was then stored on FileZilla. Furthermore, for another project, I have implemented an API to improve data accessibility. I also played a major role in a project aimed at automating data updates for RTE's website. Finally, I facilitated future reference and collaboration for the technical teams by writing technical documentation and depositing the code on GitLab for version control.

Afterwards, I underwent training in Agile methodologies at Anaya, where particular emphasis was placed on the Scrum methodology. This training proved to be beneficial, as it enabled me to implement, under the Scrum framework, a solution meeting the needs of Anaya between the end of 2023 and the beginning of 2024. The purpose of this solution was to assess the technical proficiency of data professionals for potential recruitment.

I worked in a multidisciplinary team, adhering to the Scrum principles by conducting regular sprint meetings and ensuring seamless communication among the team members.

The application of the Scrum methodology enabled an effective project management, allowing for continuous adaptation to potential changes in requirements. Ultimately, the solution was successfully delivered, meeting the expectations of Anaya and effectively addressing their specific needs.

This experience deepened my understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. It also demonstrated my ability to implement pragmatic and impactful solutions to address the specific needs of an organization.

I invite you to have a look at the 'Projects' section of this website and to explore some of the data projects I have worked on. These are personal projects aimed at showcasing my skills and exploring various aspects of the data domain. It is also about applying the knowledge I have gained during my academic and professional journey, along with insights gained from personal research.
